Using our filtering system allows you to carry out your own screening of ethical funds, based on negative criteria you do not wish to include in your portfolio and also positive, "causal based" factors which you wish to have included. If you wish to filter on the basis of carbon emissions, or "carbon footprints", then you can include this as part of your selection process. The filtering module can assist you in matching your asset allocation to your personal beliefs and preferences.
The population of ethical funds will decrease as you apply the various criteria and you can view which funds conform to your requirements. Once you have completed your screening, you can, if you wish, purchase the funds from within an ISA or unit trust on-line by adding the funds to your shopping basket and proceeding to the checkout. You can add other funds to your shopping trolley and specify how much you would like to invest in each fund.
